Program Council of the Freedom and Entrepreneurship Foundation

The Council was established by the Founder. Its members are entrepreneurs and employees and volunteers of the third sector distinguished by outstanding achievements in the field of entrepreneurship, business or the popularization of the ideas of limited government or the free market. The Council has an advisory vote in matters related to the educational activities of the Foundation.

Chairman of the Council

President of the Polish Global Entrepreneurs Council. Between 2018 and 2023 Director of Analytics Department and Director of the Cracow Department of the Ombudsman for S&M Entrepreneurs. 2019 - 2023 Representative of the Ombudsman for SME in Brussels.

Between 2016 and 2018 Ombudsman for Alumni Rights in the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. Chairman of the Program Council of the Freedom and Entrepreneurship Foundation. Member of the Council of Patrons of the Cracow University of Economics. Board Member and Treasurer of the Polish Landed Gentry Association Krakow.

Lecturer of the School of Polish and European Law in Ukraine as well as the Club of Austrian School of Economics. Graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Jagiellonian University and Faculty of Political Science of the Pedagogical University in Krakow.

Tomasz Malinowski

Council Member

Tomasz Malinowski is a political scientist by education, programmer by profession, libertarian by choice. He cooperates with the Libertarian Association and the Mises Institute, among others. Coordinator of the Economics Lessons for Youth project for the Tri-City area. In 2013-2020 in the KoLiber Association, coordinator of the KoLiber IT Center, winner of the Wings of KoLiber for special contribution to the development of the Association. In his spare time he is engaged in cooking and model aviation.

Kamil Grzebyta

Council Member

Libertarian, local government official, craftsman and entrepreneur. He serves as an alderman of the City Council in the municipality of Murowana Goślina. There he also runs his own business in photography and filmmaking. He coordinates social media at the Merchants' and Entrepreneurs' Craftsmen's Guild in Murowana Goślina and the Wielkopolska Photographers' Guild, in which he also serves as secretary of the board.

He is a graduate of the Academy of Physical Education in Poznań, the College of Management and Banking and the Second Edition of the Polish-American Academy of Leaders.

Marek Zemsta

Council Member

Journalist, activist and left-leaning libertarian. For 10 years he promoted libertarian ideas on Kontestacja.com radio. He organized actions such as Plate For MP, Free Brewery, Anti-ACTA, Robin Hooding, Odd500plus and the New Hampshire interview series "FreeStejt".
